Our ready-made sauces, prepared only with date tomatoes ripened in the Sicilian sun, are processed within a few hours of harvesting. Every single bottle of Rosso Siciliano is the result of a simple and natural process, from sowing the tomatoes to harvesting and producing them to enjoying them on the plate.

The values that inspire us were born in the kitchens of our grandmothers: love of quality, love of taste and tradition, respect for health. We still follow them today in the large kitchen of the Ferrera factory in the heart of Sicily. The result is a simple and genuine sauce made only from selected date tomatoes.

Ingredients: Date tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, basil, sugar, salt.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
