This is followed by a slow fermentation of 36 hours, which gives the product a soft and delicate consistency, thanks to the constantly working mother yeast. Description

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type “0”, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast powder (contains: soft wheat flour), wheat gluten, brewer’s yeast, salt, flavorings. Emulsifier (E471). Ascorbic acid (E300). May contain traces of dried nuts.

Glaze – Ingredients: Sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (palimista oils, coconut oil, sal butter), skim milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt, colorants: chlorophyll, curcumin. Aromas (cinnamon), orange essential oils.

Decoration – Ingredients: Cannoli wafer flakes 15%(soft wheat flour type “00”, sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa, barley malt, wheat malt, eggs, natural flavors, salt), sugar, pasta cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin.

Each package contains a 190 g jar of cannoli cream. Ingredients: Cannoli wafer flakes 20%(soft wheat flour type “00”, sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa, barley malt, wheat malt, eggs, natural flavors, salt). Sugar, vegetable oils and fats (fats (palm, palm kernel)), oils (sunflower), skim milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vanillin). Aromas (cinnamon), orange essential oils.

May contain traces of nuts, sesame and mustard.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place. Product subject to natural weight loss. Once opened, consume quickly (5 days).
