Caponata is a Sicilian specialty made from various sun-ripened vegetables, which is served either as an antipasto with fresh or toasted ciabatta or as a side dish with a main course. VEGAN.

Ingredients: eggplants, peppers, onions, tomato puree and concentrate, capers, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt.

May contain traces of nuts.

Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in the fridge and cover with oil.
