Crema di Melanzane (eggplant spread)

Our traditional Callari eggplant spread is made from Italian eggplants. The intense taste is particularly emphasized by the fine acidity in the spread. The eggplant spread tastes best as an antipasto with fresh or toasted ciabatta. VEGAN.

Ingredients: Aubergines 70%, sunflower oil 30%, salt, capers.

May contain traces of nuts.

Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in the fridge and cover with oil.
