Capuliato di Pomodoro (spread with dried tomatoes)

Only Italian tomatoes are used for the traditional Capuliato di Pomodori tomato spread from Callari, which are then dried in the sun. Together with the other exquisite ingredients, the result is a real treat for the palate.

Capuliato tastes best as an antipasto on fresh or toasted ciabatta. VEGAN.

Ingredients: Dried tomatoes 70%, sunflower oil, salt, rosemary, sage, bay leaf, garlic, oregano, juniper, black pepper, thyme, basil.

May contain traces of nuts.

Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in the fridge and cover with oil.
